    Exceeded Expectations

Posted by Zach on 29th Jul 2023

Got the ZS version of this product, was very relieved to find only a single black spot in zone 3, which is very easy to ignore. Shipped within a couple days and got here a week after purchase. Product arrived with a full set of accessories, my FOM was 2354, SNR was 33, and halo was 0.75 (a little high, but it's been alright). Glad I got ZS white phos instead of a full spec green phos. The recon helmet has been a great investment, though the mount isn't capable of swinging the unit into the full upright position and I'll be replacing it with something sturdier. Ten out of ten, would do business here again!

    Don’t Let Blems Fool You

Posted by Patrick on 17th Mar 2023

First off, Mr. John sounds like a sweet guy. I’ve dealt with a lot of people in varying industries and he’s by far got the warmest greeting, especially for this kind of space. I opted to pay just a little more for my unit with USNV, not much higher than where I was originally going to invest. The specs I got were way higher; like they’re not even in the same class as the competitor. I remembered that I have a blem unit but I really had to look for the spot. It sits in the far edge at 2 o’clock, but even after finding it, it disappears when I’m looking at whatever it is I’m focused on. It’s surreal to be in the night vision space now, but I’m glad I went with USNV; I’ll be getting duals from them eventually. Oh and the nods arrived in 3 days!

    ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!

Posted by theAKyankee on 15th Mar 2023

Purchased the US Night Vision PVS-14A "ZS" in the white phosphor. Let me tell you, this thing works AMAZING!! The "zone spot" was on the WAY outer edge of the 3rd zone, it is not even noticeable unless you look all the way up to the top left of the lense. Definitely does not effect the use at all. Super clear at night, the IR illuminator makes it look like dang near day time with how clear and crisp the picture is. Now, this is my very first night vision set-up, and I am absolutely THRILLED!! Customer service is spot on and super friendly. Shipping took less than a week from order date. All I can say is, if you're looking for a quality PVS-14 made in the USA with quality components for a VERY FAIR price, look no further. This is the setup for you! Comes with a skull crusher, case, J arm, and Info card. I have mine mounted on a ballistic helmet using a old USGI Rhino mount and it works phenomenal. Worth every penny! Thanks again, and you got 1 of MANY happy customers.??????

    Great product, great service

Posted by Andre Barthels on 10th Mar 2023

Great product with two small-size pepper grain defects in the outer sector that are almost unnoticeable in operation, prompt communication by the company's president John B. Great service, will be a returning customer for sure for my next purchases.

AN/PVS-14A GEN III "ZS" White Phosphor Monocular

Posted by Jake Stokes on 6th Mar 2023

Great purchase! I was blown away by the quality of the tube, even better than I expected. I have used pvs-14’s quite a bit in the past but this was my first experience owning white phos. I would definitely recommend these units to anyone in the market, awesome value for money.

    Perfect

As you can see from my previous review, I’m really happy with their PVS14. Rare that you actually talk to the owners of the company and have full access to answers. Really sharp guys. They matched my new Pvs14 with the one I bought previously from them and it’s all just perfect. I couldn’t be happier. High quality product. Granted I’m old now but these are about 4x better than what I had in Marines and later as a contractor for State Dept. I sold a couple rifles I rarely use and having NV is a game changer for home security, hunting, general farm use.

    Obvious Choice

Posted by Manuel Liceaga on 23rd Apr 2022

1st of all let me start thanking Chris. To give you an idea of the customer services I emailed customer services with a question around 20 Mins I got my answer back from Chris and Place my order on a Friday morning. Fast track 6 days on Thursday around noon I recieved my unit. The package was super secured everything was top notch on the presentation level. On the Unit itself I was a little worried about the "blemishes" but the only way I can tell is if I look on a white wall with the IR illumination on and I honestly don't think they count as "spots" more of a peppering on the zone 2 1/2 around 5 o clock conf for a right eye and zone 3 around 1 o clock conf for a right eye. Under normal conditions moving under the moon and starlight is imperceptible, the contrast between White and black makes the "blemishes" disappear. I have use Army Issue PVS 14s green Phosphor and this is leaps and bounds over those and I have over 5000 plus hours under those PVS 14s. The specs on the data sheet are in my opinion top percentile of what is out there the image quality and everything from the SNR, FOM, EBI, HALO, Resolution and Photocathode; for the Price, the Name of a Reputable Company (even recommended by Garand Thumb) and Chris making magic happen, going with US NIGHT VISION is an obvious choice.
