Heard about US night vision from a Buddy of mine. Steve is the man help me out and answer all my questions. My PVS-14 has a Zone Z blem but it’s hardly noticeable. I actually had to search for the blem!!!! Product over all was great and shipping was fast!!!

This is a "Zone Spot" model so it it's a blem model. I received my PVS-14 VERY QUICK and I received a tube with 2 black spots but they are very small and when using the device outside you wouldn't even notice the spots against the outdoor background. I love my device and HIGHLY recommend USNV. John, the owner is a hell of a guy as well. Definitely recommend.

Before I say anything about the PVS 14 I want to say that the customer service is top notch. I spoke with John and he walked me through everything step by step. The crazy part is he did that after I made the purchase. He wasn’t trying to sell me anything he genuinely cared and wanted to help. He could have given me 2 minutes of his time because he already got my $. I will be a customer for life. The blemish is literally unnoticeable and well worth what I paid. I have ZERO complaints, product showed up a lot sooner then I expected. Product came in great conditions. It is advertised to have zone 2 defect, this is noticeable but does not effect the operation. Customer service called next business day after order and was super friendly. Would recommend this 100%

I just got mine and the ZS is very small and the view is amazing well worth the savings. Great customers service as well. I will say that this does not come with the hard case mentioned in the description when you check the box for the optional accessories. I don't know if I didn't get mine or if that was a mistake in the description.

The tube itself is nothing special but it does its job as you'd expect. With a 1670 FOM I was able to see functionally inside a blacked out room, on a cloudy night with no ir light source. With an ir light source it was obviously day and night. Stubbing my toe on the way to the can is a thing of the past. Zone spots were small and maneagable. Top notch customer service.

2nd “ZS” purchase and it’s just as clear as the first. Well worth it for the savings.

I’m very happy with the clarity, to save money, I went with the ZS version. I had a hard time finding 3 specks. Absolutely worth it. Looking forward to using it at Milsim West.

So I purchased a Zone Spot tube PVS14 to save a little money. Figured I could live with a couple of spots. For the life of me I can not find a single spot on the image. Looks as good or better than any 14 I’ve used .

Can’t believe how fast it shipped. (Received in 3 days) Ordered a “zone spot” model, still looking for the spots. My pvs14 to my eyes has no imperfections. I was a member of a few night-vision groups, and they had nothing but good things to say about usnightvision. So it was a no brainer to buy my first unit from them!

These things are awesome. The blemishes really are simply cosmetic and do nothing to hinder performance. They still have the gen 3 quality, in the lightweight package of the pvs 14 and despite issues with supply, USNV still knocked it out of the park with their customer service. Very well done

So I would gush about the customer service but from the looks of it everyone else already has. Suffice it to say John went above and beyond. The unit functions perfectly and provides a very clear, nearly video quality picture. Fine pixelation gives a very sharp and smooth image. Their customer service is truly outstanding. I’ve purchased two of these from USNV and completely blown away by the quality and excellent customer service! Both are so close to each other you can’t tell a difference and can’t even see the blemish. Do yourself a favor and get some before they are gone! Huge savings to be had on high quality products!

This tube performs very well. Do not be hesitant at all if you are considering it. Received mine very quickly (within 1 week) and was packed super well, undamaged despite UPS attempt to damage it from seeing the shape of the box outside. Only found 2 TINY blems both in zone 3 which is nonexistant when I'm actually looking at things besides a clean wall. 10/10 will be getting a 2nd to run a pano bridge soon.

Will buy again, if you are unfamiliar with unit read all the instructions, tells you everything you need to know and doesn't take long.

This "blemished" unit is an excellent value. I've used PVS-14s that were issued to me and then I've used these. The blemishes on the edge of the screen are barely noticeable. It didn't take long to find it, but had I not been looking for it I doubt I would have noticed it. I now have two of these from US Night Vision mounted on a Noisefighters panobridge. It's amazing the range of vision you can achieve with these and the clarity. I highly recommend these for the cost, even if I prefer WPT tubes over Green.

Brought two Pvs-14s to go on a duel bridge mount setup honestly ten years in the USMC i never had any good gear even in Afghanistan most of our shit was out of date or broken! I never seen lubes so clear on a setup even my friends white phosphorus pvs-31 are not as clear and there field of view seems off! I cant not tell you how happy i am with this gear purchase. Received the unit in great condition with the bump helment i requested. The zone spot is hardly noticeble, it actually took me awhile to even find it. Pretty much a perfect tube.

What zone Blemish?!? I am stunned with the quality of this unit. Claims to have a zone blemish but for the life of me I cannot find it. Crisp clear picture bright IR light. No complaints here. Buying a second one!

Great tube with no visible blemishes. There was a small issue with the unit when I first got it so I sent it in for service. I got it back TWO days later fully repaired. I have no idea how that's even possible but they clearly have amazing customer service. I highly recommend USNV

Happy with my purchase. Specs are really descent with a minor blem in zone 2/3. Only downside is website said 30 days and it took mine a little over 80 days. All in all well worth it.

My “blemish” is so small it looks like a dust spec. I honestly wouldn’t know the difference between this grade and a non-blemished unit. Best of all, the site says 30-60 days, but mine arrived in less than a week.

I got the pvs-14 blemish model in white phosphor. It's works amazing. Nice carrying case, and the ir illuminator and focus and gain controls work great!

Please don’t be skeptical. Excellent customer service. The PVS14 with Zone Spot Blem in no way affected the performance. Bump cap is sweet. I went with green for those OIF vibes. Excellent value. Great product, I ordered the blemished model Gen 3 white phosphor, cant notice the blemish unless on max short mag, and even then it does not bother me. No pixelation, nothing. Integrated IR is powerful out to 25 yards. This was my first NV purchase and couldn't be happier.

These are better than the nods I had in the army. The gen 3 clarity is pretty amazing. Only a small black dot toward the edge of the reticle that does not hinder use. I am glad I bought this. Also the customer service here is bar none. Treated like family here.

Like the other comments have said, these are fantastic at the price. I've taken it out several times -indoor and outside, and have yet to see any sign of a blemish. I will be returning for more when my budget recovers. Cheers.

The image quality of my device is absolutely fantastic. Previously I only had expierence with issued Gen 2 GP Pvs14's and I hope I never have to go back. Crisp clean lines, the WP is a heck of a lot easier on the eyes and easier to identify objects/terrain features. Lead time was fast (under 3 weeks from ordered to recieved). Some very very minor blemishes in which I couldn't even spot until I took a still image and searched for them. They do not compromise the effectiveness in the unit at all. I am very pleased with my order and will be a returning customer. Not sure anyone else in the market can beat this cost for a quality product.

I took a leap of faith by getting this PVS14 and after receiving it, I am a happy customer! The black spots are barely noticeable and I saved a bit of money by getting this model. If you were an 11B, these will be as good or better than the issues PVS 14 you used. The product was good, and the customer service was even better. Chris replied to emails in minutes and really cares about the customers he is serving. Rocking a Team Wendy Exfil LTP and the combo is excellent.

Like the others said, don’t let the “ZS” scare you off. I had to focus on a white wall and stare really hard to figure out where the spots were. I dealt with Steve Anyway, nice guy and he obviously had the time for the customers. Fantastic overall experience and kicka$$ monocular.

I took a chance on a blemish model to save money. The tube I received had two blemishes: a tiny one in the center only visible when using an IR flashlight and a large one about 1/3 in from the edge. Neither of them really interfere with walking or shooting. Worth it if you're trying to do this on a budget.

US NIGHT VISION came as one of the recommended brands for true quality Gen III NVG's (Garamd Thumb). I saw that the ZS models were $500 cheaper then the non-blem sets and decided to take a chance. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another set. The blemish on my set is VERY small, located between zone 1 and 2 and much smaller then the blemishes that they show on the description images. The small spot doesn't obstruct or bother me at all. The set of 14's I was issued in the Army had a small spot as well. The quality of the set is as good as those I was issued. If your sitting the fence, get the ZS set and use the savings to buy your mount and j-arm.

This PVS-14 is easily one of the coolest things that I own. I was so blown away by the performance that it took me like 20 minutes to even notice the zone spot. And even though I know it's there, I never notice it while using the optic. Totally worth every penny.

First off, do NOT let the “ZS” scare you off. The unit I received does have a tiny black spec, but I have not once noticed it while using this optic, it won’t affect their function whatsoever.
